Information to monitor your vessel

Indicators, history and alerts within the package's enabled features. Screens are demonstrations; the contracted scope defines measurement points and available functions. Internet required.

What we measure

Readings monitored by the package

Flow rate, level, temperature and equipment status, with readings and alerts for the measurement points included in the package.

01

Level and inventory

Tank levels, corrected volume, temperature and mass, with tracking of bunkering, deliveries and transfers.

02

Flow rate and consumption

Engine supply and return flow, with flow-rate readings and consumption monitoring.

03

Engines and operating hours

Operating hours, speed, load and power to track engine and generator use.

04

Power and electrical balance

Electrical demand, running generators and consumption, according to the package instrumentation.

05

GPS and navigation

Vessel position, speed and heading, with navigation information in one dashboard.

06

Flooding and pumps

Water presence, bilge level and pump status, with alerts for the responsible crew.

07

Oil condition

Condition index, temperature and history to follow changes in the oil and support maintenance.

08

Temperatures

Readings from the package’s temperature measurement points, with trends and threshold alerts.

09

Digital and analog indications

States such as on/off and open/closed, alongside continuous values from the monitored points.

On board

Onboard monitoring display

The crew reviews indicators, history and alerts from the package's measurement points. The display informs; it sends no equipment commands.

  • Overview with fuel on board, consumption, endurance and operating mode
  • Alerts by severity, with acknowledgement and an audit trail
  • Acquisition, PLC and sync status always in view
  • Light and dark themes, in Portuguese, English and Spanish

Fuel

Electronic fuel management (EFSM)

Inventory, consumption and balance with engineering rigor: level becomes corrected volume, supply minus return becomes net consumption and every difference gets a probable explanation.

  • Per-tank inventory corrected for trim, heel and temperature
  • Net and specific consumption per engine
  • Continuous mass balance with discrepancy alerts
  • Bunkering and deliveries: delivery note, flow meter and tanks side by side
  • Separation between service fuel and cargo diesel

Engines

Consumption and power per engine

Supply minus return becomes net consumption; net consumption over power becomes specific consumption. Each engine is compared with its own baseline, at the same load.

  • Net consumption, load, RPM and ECM data per engine
  • Specific consumption × load against the baseline
  • Electrical balance: demand and generators on line
  • Power load suggestion with the estimated difference

Bunkering and deliveries

Bunkering reconciliation

Every receipt and every delivery to the units with the delivery note, the flow meter and the tank variation side by side, in volume at 15 °C. Outside the limit, the record backs up the claim.

  • Delivery note × flow meter × tanks, with density and temperature
  • Receipt flow rate with stops and air detected
  • Event report and letter of protest generated from the record
  • 30-day history per vessel and per unit

Alerts

Discrepancy alerts with evidence

An alert brings together readings, history and the configured limit to help the team assess an incident. Acknowledgement is recorded in the software, without changing equipment protections or alarms.

  • Continuous mass balance and integrity checks
  • Probable source and recommended actions in onboard language
  • Acknowledgement with an audit trail, on board and in the portal
  • Notifications depend on enabled channels and connectivity

Ashore

Web portal and mobile

Superintendents, owners and charterers follow the fleet with the age of every reading in view: the portal never calls a delayed value "live".

  • Fleet and per-vessel view, with map and current voyage
  • Push and email alerts with the same text as the HMI
  • Daily, per-voyage and monthly reports, with export
  • Access by role and by vessel, with strong authentication

Reports

Efficiency and audit reports

Daily, per voyage and monthly, generated from onboard records: consumption by mode against the contract, specific consumption per engine, recommendations and the suggestions that were followed.

  • Consumption by operating mode compared with the contract
  • Specific consumption × baseline per engine
  • PDF and Excel export, with scheduled delivery
  • Viewing depends on enabled features and data freshness
Oil monitoring

Monitor oil condition in real time.

Between laboratory analyses, follow oil trends, review history and receive alerts to support maintenance.

Oil condition sensor installed in a lubrication circuit
Example sensor installation

From the oil circuit to the onboard dashboard

The sensor tracks changes in oil properties. The platform groups readings by equipment so your crew can review trends and configured limits.

Monitoring according to the measurement points and features in the vessel package.

Monitoring screen demonstration · illustrative readings and limits

Condition and degradation

Follow changes in oil properties, including significant viscosity changes, through the condition index.

Signs of contamination

Water and particles can affect reading patterns. History helps identify changes that warrant investigation.

Support for oil-change decisions

Review condition trends and alerts to assess oil changes and plan checks with the responsible team.

Efficiency and decision support

Examples of advisory analysis, subject to enabled features and available data. The crew assesses the information and decides outside the system; no suggestion sends equipment commands.

  • Speed to arrive in the unit's window, without waiting
  • Trim and heel readings for crew assessment
  • Routing with weather, waves and currents
  • Engine power load and RPM
  • Consumption by operating mode compared with the contract

Built for fleets and chartering

Each organization with its own vessels, team and roles. The superintendent sees the fleet; the master, their own vessel; the charterer, what the contract provides.

  • Consolidated fleet view and per-vessel detail
  • Roles and permissions by function: owner, superintendence, master, crew
  • Charter relationships with access control
